The power plant has been put into operation in 1995 to generate steam, electricity and hot water to industrial site in Europe. New biomass boiler will be constructed to site during 2012 and GT unit will be stopped.
The plant has been continuously operated with relatively low number of starts and has excellent availability records . The main fuel has always been clean natural gas . Distillate operation is currently blocked and fuel nozzles converted to gas only. The combustion hardware has been upgraded with wear kits to reduce the unit maintenance time. The Gas Turbine has been under the OEM service agreement since beginning and full maintenance history is available. Purchaser can also benefit from preventive maintenance programs in use and possibility to familiarise his personnel in operational plant.
The plant is currently in full commercial operation. Next maintenance outage (Combustion Inspection ) is planned to be carried out in autumn 2011, after the operation is planned to be fully stopped in June 2012, when new biomass boiler is ready for commissioning. Visits to site for equipment inspection can be arranged at your convenience.
The equipment is offered for sale on an “as-is and where-is“ basis on manufacture and repair defects, normal wear and tear or fitness for purpose. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal of the equipment in entirety including disconnection and capping of all pipes and cables according to Sellers site and safety rules.
The equipment is subject to prior sale, but can be reserved by a non-refundable down payment. Remaining shall be paid prior to the commencement of the works and entry of the Purchaser onto the site according to the dismantling schedule.
Following provides the general description and list of main equipment subject to sale. Though the statements and technical information contained herein are believed to be materially accurate as of the date hereof, no representation or warranty is given as to the accuracy of any of the information provided.
